3 - Construction & Development
2A Homes manages the construction process, coordinating the development and construction of the property through completion.
4 - Property Sale
Upon completion, the property is marketed and sold.
5 - Project Return
Investment returns, if any, are determined by the performance of the individual project and the terms of the applicable investment agreement. Returns are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the applicable agreement.
